4. Appointments, Cancellations, and Fees

Appointments are scheduled through our front desk. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Repeated missed appointments may result in a no-show fee and may affect your ability to book future visits. Fees for services, cash pricing, and insurance participation are published up front. You are responsible for any copays, deductibles, or balances not covered by your insurance plan.

5. Consent to Treatment

Prior to your first treatment, you will be asked to review and sign intake and informed-consent documents. These documents explain the nature, benefits, and potential risks of chiropractic care. Your signature confirms that you understand and agree to the proposed treatment. You may withdraw consent at any time during your care.
